Documents Without Certificates

If you do not know the type of certificate your document needs you will be presented with several options. I cannot choose (or advise on) the proper certificate for you.

Before and During Your Appointment:

1. Valid identification is required to be shown by signers. The list of valid identifications are below.

2. Signers must be physically present and must sign before the notary. Do not sign your documents prior to your appointment.

3. Blank, backdated or pre-signed documents will not be notarized.

Valid Forms of Identification:

1. .A state-issued driver’s license

2. A state-issued identification card

3. A United States Passport

4. Inmate identification card Issued by the sheriff's department

5. A valid consular identification document

6. A United States military identification card* (must contain all required information)

7. An employee identification card issued by the state or local government within the state.

8. An identification card issued by a federally recognized tribal government.

- If paying in cash, you must pay with exact cash. We do not carry change.

We are open on federal holidays. There is no additional charge.

I am fully vaccinated and wear masks during all appointments. Do not schedule an appointment if you are feeling unwell in the slightest. Do not schedule an appointment if you cannot adhere to this.
